You can now fill out the Vacated Vacation Week Form online. The form is available at smart528.org/vacated-week-form or can also be found on the websites members tab. When you fill out the form online. We will email you a confirmation page with a time. That time will serve as the official submitted time, but you will have to call into the office and confirm that it was you that submitted the form.

LOCAL 590 CONDUCTOR KILLED IN ACCIDENT
Brother Robert “Rob” J. Hemling, 39, of Randolph, Wis., and a member of Local 590, died in a train accident March 27 in Sparta, Wis.
Brother Hemling, a conductor for Canadian Pacific, was working at Cedar Creek Lumber when he was killed. Police and media reports did not provide details about the circumstances of the accident.
