Temporary Lodging and Displacement Notification PILOT Agreement.pdf

We have a PILOT Agreement that expires at the end of this year unless both parties choose to renew it. It has the following changes:

  • Temporary Lodging if member is forced more than 100 miles from their home terminal.

  • Displacement Notification process

    • Notify member as usual

    • If member does not answer the phone after 8 hours from the notification attempt. Member has 48 hours to place themselves.

    • If the member does not place himself before the 48 hours, the carrier can force member to an assignment.
